        My cat Boba has been in dire need of dental extractions since we discovered it at his annual exam a couple months ago, so we decided to book the soonest appointment which was about 8 weeks out. He's since been seen at another Banfield location to monitor the situation and his condition is steadily getting worse and was told that he's likely in a lot of pain. Today, I received a phone call ONE WEEK AHEAD of his scheduled appointment because they said they overbooked themselves and that the next available was in MAY-- another 6-8 weeks outs. Absolutely appalling and it makes me wonder how many other people's pets have continued to suffer due to the carelessness shown at this location.
