HORRIBLE EXPREIENCE. All these people care about is making money. Our dog was misdiagnosed for 4 months. I had to suggest the correct test and once his test came up positive I could not get a response from the vet to receive treatment. No one returns phone calls. ZERO compassion. My three dogs and two cats have been patients for almost 17 years. I'm done moving on. They OVER CHARGE $$$$$.

My pup had a scare recently and I wasnt sure what to do. Before panicking and going straight to the emergency Vet, I called my family pet clinic, to see what I should do, and no one answered the phone. I thought no worries, Ill leave a voicemail and hear back soon. Next day, no return phone call. I call again. No answer. I leave another voicemail. In the meantime I ended up just taking my pup to the emergency vet. All was ok in the end (after 3 visits over the course of 3 days), but they recommended I get extra testing done at my normal vet clinic. So I call to make an appointment, but again no answer (Im getting the answering machine that other customers are being helped and to leave a voice message that is detailed so they can get back to me). While waiting for a call back, I went online to book an appointment, when asked why are you booking this appointment? I stated the why, and as I typed the issue out the system prompted this sounds like an emergency, if it is please contact us at this number. I check the number, and cross check with the number I had been calling and it was the same. They were telling me to call the number that I had called 3 times prior and already left 3 detailed voicemails. When I tried to book an appointment the only availability was 3 weeks out. I tried to call once more, and no answer, once again just the answering machine, so I left yet another voicemail. I ended up coordinating something with the emergency vet to run all necessary tests on my pup, but after 4 calls, and 4 voicemails, and since then many days have passed, I never once received a return phone call regarding my pups condition, if my pup got the help she needed, if their services were still needed, etc Very saddened and disappointed after being a client here for more than 5 years that they didnt have the time or courtesy to check in or return multiple attempts at phone calls and messages. I attached pictures of my phone call attempts - they ranged only from 53 seconds to 3 minutes - aka long enough for me to leave my name, number, the issue at hand, and then again my number to reach me. My first call was made at 3:50 PM (6 PM close on Mondays), then later again that night around 9:00 PM ( I figured that it would be the first voicemail theyd listen to the next morning). Then I called again and left voicemails the next morning at 8:20 AM, and 8:32 AM ( 7AM opening on Tuesdays). I did call back to back hoping that I could finally get a window of speaking to someone on the phone, but that did not happen.

The whole staff is so pleasant and caring. They take really good care of my pets and show that they really love them.

The staff at Bethany Pet Clinic always displays a great deal of passion for our pets. Although a bit of a distance from our home the drive is well worth the time.

BFPC is just the best. Our dog has been coming here since she was 6 weeks old and they always take such good care of her. We continue to drive from NE Portland because she is so much happier here than at the other vet clinic we tried out
