I am not happy with the experience the staff did not even address what my appointment was for .the appointment was a drop off appointment but they changed that when I got there they were not ready to get us in he did not get his shots and told me I would have to make another appointment for that .if they would have not had me sit in with my dog it would have been okay as I have never had anything but a drop off and it caused anxiety for myself and my dog very unproffesional to say the least!!

Spent $1k on x-rays for them to never tell me the results, and then lie about it. X-rays were done on a Friday morning. I was told they could be read as early as Monday. I didnt hear anything and I called Tuesday to inquire. I was *explicitly* told they had not come back yet, and theyd call when they were. When it got to Thursday and I still hadnt heard anything, I called again. I was then informed that no, actually they had gotten the results back on Monday, and that they had called me and told me. Funny, I dont remember talking to anyone. I didnt have any missed calls in my phone history. In fact, I was questioning myself hard enough to go to my cell phone company and pull up my call records. I didnt receive any calls that day. Thankfully the x-rays were unremarkable, which is just what the person who answered the phone told me - I never got to speak to a doctor. I never got any type of contact from Banfield, I had to initiate it, And It took several days of me calling to get any answers, despite them apparently having all the information. Absolutely unacceptable level communication. What wouldve happened if there was something on the X-ray? Ive had positive experiences at other Banfield locations, but under no circumstances will I return to this one.
