Absolutely an amazing company! I have worked with them three years as one of our vendors and I truly have zero complaints about anything. They are so efficient and knowledgeable! From the help desk to the CFO to onsite techs to individual account reps - I have never been disappointed. We have survived several moves and rapid growth and there hasn't been anything they haven't been able to handle.

How hard should it be to hand your money over to a business for a service or product? As any business owner should tell you, the answer is: not hard at all. After four weeks of running through loops and hurdles set by the sales associate, getting three phones running in our shop was apparently challenging for this company. Upon first phone call, we specifically told them we were in a hurry, but will pretty much pay whatever it was they asked. After weeks of no call backs, wrong estimates sent out, we had to ask ourselves: was it really this hard to have three phones connected? We called one of their competitors and had our phones ordered, installed, and running the very next day. Bypass these guys by all means.

John Bogaty made it super easy for us to switch to a very capable and cost-effective cloud-based PBX. John also secured the right fiber optic broadband service for our new office. John ran interference with the vendors, ordered the new equipment, and made it look easy that everything came together in the end. Four months later, we are very happy with both services. There have not been any service outages. The voice quality is very good. Thank you, John!
