I went in to surgery for cataracts and lens replacement in both eyes on the28th , my vision was causing me to wear 4+00 reading glasses and on the 29th I no longer have to wear glasses. The staff was amazing and eased any stress and anxiety that I had before surgery. I recommend Dr. Crew's and his whole team for making my process easy.

I would be worried about having a surgery here, the receptionists dont seem to care to wear a mask at all or properly....makes me think how safe everyone else in the back must be with COVID.

Worthless front office. From scheduling to general notifications. Complete lack of care from the office.

I had a procedure here the other day and couldnt wait for a survey to arrive, so Im here on their site to say, Ive never had such a good experience in such a situation. From the woman who took all my info, who was very nice and very funny, to the anesthesiologist who made me feel totally safe, to the very kind woman I woke up too who helped me prepare to leave. It was an all around great experience when you really needed it to be one. Thank you all. I could tell your kindness and concern were real! -Dixie
