Root Whole Body

I did a half day package at Roots whole body yesterday and loved my experience from beginning to end. The staff was so friendly and helpful, my massage with Eric was the best I've ever had (which is saying a lot since I used to be a massage therapist) and I loved the hydrotherapy bath right before the massage. It was so nice to not have to leave to find food between my massage and amazing facial I had with Amber. I loved the smoothie and bowl at the cafe. The massage tables were so comfortable(so many places have cheap and flimsy tables) and the rooms were dark with perfect music. I felt like a new person after my four hours there and can't wait to return soon!

I have been seeing Scott Baker for acupuncture for a couple of years now and I cannot say enough about his abilities. I was in last week with a neck strain and within an hour session he's got me back pretty much to normal. I've been treated for pain and injuries and anxiety, and all have been nothing but wonderful experiences. Thanks a bunch!

I'm amazed with the difference from how I went in versus how I came out!! My left shoulder was completely locked up and in terrible pain. I almost didn't go in because I was afraid of anyone even touching my shoulder! Courtney was absolutely amazing! Super gentle and knowledgeable about how to massage that area. She did some kind of Jedi Massage Trick that almost instantly took away my headache, caused by my muscle pain! THANK YOU ALL at Root for my treatment today. I'll be back soon!
