Do not recommend! They do a horrible job and bad service. My full set broke after only one day. Then she had the nerve to charge me for it. When I came back at the stated time, she said she didn't have me down and had me wait. Then proceeded to put me down while working on a customer! She a whole bunch of slanderous comments.

My bestie visited me and I took her to my favorite nail salon. They're always so good and hold well (we get acrylics) and all the techs who work there are so talented and so nice. I always feel great after I get them done, I've never been disappointed.

Every time I make an appointment here they make me wait half an hour. I trekked in the ice storm today and when I got there she had just started someone else. Told me to wait 10 minutes - and when I checked in again 15 minutes later she said she was doing French polish and it would be another 15. Im done with this place ignoring my appointment times. Officially lost me as a customer.

WORST PUBLIC RELATIONS EVER - she laughed at me, argued then said no .... Never will I give them any business.....I wrote this to her:I am trying to get ahold of the owner to discuss the gift cards we were given Christmas 2019. Due to Covid, I understand that this business was closed for quite a while, also my mother is 80 and has had a hard time dealing with this backlash of normality due to the closures and restrictions from this unheard of worldwide pandemic.I am hoping that the owner will honor our gift cards - there are 2 - $45 gift cards that expired in 12/14/20 and I only can suggest that if we are given an exception to use these, then we will become new clients of this business and would appreciate being able to use this gift given to us from a family member.Sincerely,Christine + Mom
