We were completely clueless on how to proceed with the type of property we were wanting to purchase, and he walked us through the whole process, making it a painless and actually fun process. Incredibly nice guy, you can't go wrong with him.

We highly recommend Koert Balke of MORE Realty. We began working with him for the sale of our house in Tualatin in June of 2023. Before listing, he made recommendations but did not pressure us to do anything we did not want to do (extensive remodeling or redecorating, etc.) Then a sellers inspection revealed condition issues that had to be remediated. By the time the house was listed in mid-August, the market had taken a serious downturn. Throughout it all, Kurt was very supportive. He was realistic, neither too optimistic nor too pessimistic. Once we finally had an offer, he guided us through the negotiation process, worked well with the buyers agent, and helped everyone achieve a fair result. He is upbeat, friendly, diplomatic and genuine, but also isnt afraid to stand up for his clients at difficult moments.

I had no experiance in buying houses and in the entire process I was fully depend on ideas from the agent. The bad thing happened after the housing inspector from Bureaue of Development come and inspect the property after buying the property is finalized. Guss what... the previous owner construct a shade, patio cover and install electric panel and wiring which all are NOT code compliant. The average cost to correct all those stuff is $11,864. It distroys me a lot and affects all my plan.

My mother and I worked with Koert for a few months as I prepared her place for sale. We hit the market during the worst part of the year and Koert still managed to move her home faster than expected. Throughout the process he was attentive, respectful and forthcoming about on how to best move forward. This included not letting the urge to sell fast defeat common sense on our part. If you want a fast talking, rule bending car sales guy there are plenty in real estate, especially in mobile units. Koert is not that guy. He knows the business, the properties and the various management teams allowing the process to be that much smoother. Koert is what he seems, effective and trustworthy you won't regret using him for your real estate needs.

Koert Balke was amazing at helping me navigate the purchase of my new home. Never having been through the process it was often daunting. Koert's kind support and understanding was most welcome! I highly recommend him if you are looking for an excellent realtor look no farther!
