The Rian Group Real Estate

Just received an unsolicited call from them, wanting to list our house for sale. I would never use them.

A friend of mine used the Rian group after hearing raving reviews from Lars Larson. Their realtor was completely unprofessional, hard to contact, and relayed 0 information. I would highly recommend not using this agency or any of its subsidiary agencies. After contacting Aaron Rian the head of the agency, he had zero concern about how his agent conducted himself and had nothing to say about resolving the issues.

Like another review, I'd leave zero stars if that was available. They are obnoxious, rude, and incompetent. Do not even consider using these people!!!

I wish I had see their reviews before Icontacted them to sell my home. My home has been on the market with no effort from the Rian Group to sell the home. You only hear from these people when they ask you to reduce the sale price of your home over and over and over. Alex Rian is rude, discourteous and could care less. They refuse to let you out in f your contract making sure they cost you thousands of dollars. Do not ever use these people.
