The glasses guy work here rude to me while doing applications. They charge me more so dont go here to filling taxes. He says to help me to take the taxes return but the way that he do to let me pay more. Wasted my time!!!

Been going here for five + years. Its usually been good because the same lady helped me with my returns loved that she used to explain everything. Up until this year got some guy to help didnt speak any English could barely understand him couldnt really explain things (thats fine whatever as long as my taxes got done right?) well, they needed proof of an address that was sent on my end which I had proof it was sent that same day WHILE I was still there. Nothing was communicated to me that he didnt apparently receive it. Two weeks later Im waiting for my taxes and usually get it by then check where is my refund on .gov and they cant find anything. So that being said I give them a call and they said I never sent anything so I sent it again. I asked if they could send me an email or text letting me know that they completed my taxes (did I mention two weeks later) considering I paid almost $200 Dollars. I wonder how long that I would have been waiting to receive my taxes had I not called. Never received either even checked spam. I think for paying that kind of money I should have got what I asked for considering I do understand things happen but it was not a mistake on my end but theres they should be more caring and professional. Probably will not be back next year.
