United States Postal Service Processing Center

Filing a case and going to sue this place. Theyre careless, they lost more than 100 packages in one go and the platform I sell on requires 3 days for it to be shipped out. Their system just shows shipping label created we dont just simply create shipping labels and not send them. I pay my employees to do one job only. Packages them, print the labels and ship them. My business has been impacted negatively by their negligence and have lost thousands of dollars so therefore opening up a lawsuit to replenish the damage done from their mal practices.

When is A.I. going to get here and take over these outdated, repetitively, and unrewarding jobs. These employees who work at this facility just don't have that spark anymore, and that spills into horrible customer service. Thanks for all you have done, but I would prefer to interact with a robot than waste time with 20 phone rings that end with a disconnect. One little question that would take less than 30 seconds. that can't be answered online is all that's needed. They will not take a customer call, why????

First and foremost they do not answer their phone for anything. Had to go down to collect a package, they were supper nice and attentive. They looked hard for my package and were running around trying to find it. Definitely super sweet

Everyone is not so innocent and nice? Sometimes is best to filed a police report , when your mails and packages are being tampered with. Entitlement issues can land you to lose your job! And some of these people deserve it.

It's a joke that I have travel over 15 miles round trip just to pick up mail ! Our community mail box was taken and post office haven't replaced it. It been awhile seen it was gone.
