        Carriers route has doubled.i now get mail from 5:00/9:00mp .as of today 1/17/24 no mail delivery for 5 days. Last delivery 1/12/24 9:00pm Sun&Mon. Holidays, Sat. Tue Wed snow days. Safe enough for dog walkers , Uber ,& door dash deliveries but unsafe for mail carrier.

        They dont mention that certain Canadian provinces arent included in their express shipping. Imagine being able to ship express to New York but not New Jersey. Baffling. Staff was nice & helpful & smart.

        You're understaffed & that is not the person working the counters fault, it's not even the on site managers fault. The employees are doing their job efficiently, so if you manage post office sites & read this, the solution isn't a pep talk with your front liners about charisma & attitude. You're understaffed. being understaffed is not something your employees on the clock can change within their performance. Give everyone a break & put one more person on the schedule
