My husband and I have always used this office for both, business and personal use- and we have always had great service. Any glitches, issues, late packages, complaints, etc that we ever had, have always been an issue from beyond the employees in the building. As far as they go: we have always had a great experience with service. now, if I could leave the customers a review there may not be as many stars! just kidding.

My order sat in this post office ignored for 8 days until the shipper sent an email asking where it was. A 2 day priority package sitting God knows where in this post office. Incompetence and laziness at its finest. This is the 2nd time this happened, 2 years in a row.

The most laziest postal people Ive ever met. For some reason they will not drop packages off at your house, which is about 25 to 75 feet from the mailbox. In 2023 do we really need to post office anymore? It seems like tax dollars waste of money since we have other companies that can handle packages and bring him to and from the doors.

My regular mail carrier is fine. However, the people who fill in are lazy and incompetent. There have been Saturdays when they never came to pick up my mail at all, and I live on a normal street, not rurally. Just now, I watched from my window as the substitute mail carrier put a piece of mail in my mailbox, left my small outgoing package (I had the red flag up for outgoing mail) and drove off. I called the post office and they closed 3 HOURS early for inclement weather, which they have a duty to continue to perform service in according to their oath, and there is no recording stating theyve closed or change to their posted hours. It just rings forever. Then the guy came back in the other direction and when I called out to him he drove off. The guy still has to go back to the post office and finish his work, and he cant grab packages? Especially if theyre too weak to stay open in snow and probably wont even be running when there actually is snow? Pathetic. The only saving graces of this post office are that the people who work in the office are nice and they have sent a truck out to pick up my package when its been left behind. Which they should be doing right now but they decided to close. EDIT it turns out they werent closed, they just didnt answer the phone the 9-10 times we called. The next day I had a pickup scheduled so there would be no excuses, but no trucks were out at all because of inclement weather, so my package that should have been on its way sat another day. The day after that I had the pickup scheduled again (through the USPS site) and the same mail carrier who didnt pick it up the first time literally rang my bell and walked away, didnt even wait for anyone for more than 1 second. I was a few feet from the door and by the time I got up and opened it, he was almost to the sidewalk. He came back with a fake smile and said I think you have a package for me and I said I had it for you two days ago but you didnt take it with you to which he said nothing. I will also note that the first day, my neighbor who is a retired mail carrier interacted with him and she later told me he was just awful. I will also note that I called several times asking about my package, was told a truck would possibly be sent out for my package and it never came (I live literally 3 minute drive from the post office but I dont drive and I shouldnt have to go there in these circumstances) and I wanted to speak to the manager but he or she was not there. The woman who was taking my amended complaints could no have sounded less interested and I dont know if my complaints ever got past her. They need to fire this substitute driver asap.
