I brought my prescription in, so I can't speak to the optometrists. I can say that when it came to buying glasses, I liked the selection and I ended up with glasses I'm very happy with. I found the staff friendly and straightforward, and appreciated their no-pressure approach. As a bonus, my glasses arrived three days before the delivery estimate. Great experience all the way around!

Its been 3 months since my contact exam. They did. It have my prescription in the store. It has been 3 months and no one has called emailed post mailed anything. Im in the phone and its been 7 mins and counting nothing but an automated machine

This place not great. Customer service could be better. They gaslight you into thinking ur eyes will adjust to the blurriness from ur glasses. They say oh no ur fine... Just put them on in the morning... Then u can see. Insane! It's as if ur concern doesn't even matter. And then ur hit with oh u have few things working against u... No customer has anything working against them. It's the shop that has things working against them when they purposely miss to measure ur frames before they're made and when u can't see out of them, they gaslight you. Which then leads to losing customers and bad reviews. This can be improved. If u can't see out of the frames u can't see out of the frames period. STOP trying to dismiss customers concerns when they TELL YOU they can't see through their frames. It's their eyes NOT YOURS. they know something's not right!! So this whole thing of trying to send customers home and having them wake up to the frames that they couldn't see out of in the first place is absurd.

Rbisa is an angel. So helpful and pleasant to interact with. They helped me get the most bang for my buck and navigate using my insurance to get my first ever pairs of glasses. Give them a raise!
