Maybe you weren't having a great day but just know you came off as irritated and I could hear your frustration through the phone. Please note that tone and long dramatic exhales can be be perceived as frustration and can make someone feel like we're an inconvenience to you. Not every call is a sale so please treat every case like it might be the last experience at your location.

        With a 60% off coupon 2 pair of glasses would have cost almost $800. I e as looking for back up glasses. The pair I currently have were done 3 times and are still not right. I was told at was the best they could do.
