The staff were all friendly and helpful. They all made sure I was well taken care of and I was very satisfy with the selection of glasses and super happy with the contact brand that was suggested to me, they felt so good in my eyes they felt like I didn't have any contacts on.

Visited Visionworks for eye appointments for the whole family. They were able to fit us in when we were running late. The assistant was so patient and amazing with my 7 year old when she was nervous. Matt was amazing! Very knowledgeable and thorough in his evaluation of our eyes. He listened to all our concerns and gave us answers. When picking out glasses the associates were very helpful and outline everything from using our insurance to getting our discounts. All the associates are amazing! For the past 2 years thus establishment has been our go to for eye exams and glasses. After our latest appointments we will be returning for further eye care needs.

The front receptionist was very welcoming and warm, super kind and helpful when I had questions. The doctor's assistant who did my pre-exam eye tests was very kind and clearly conveyed what to expect every step of the way. The eye doctor was very kind, brought a fun sense of humor to the experience, and truly gave a wonderful experience!

Everybody was attentive and helpful. I didn't realize my personal insurance would cover anything and they explained my benefits in addition to my vision benefits that I knew about. They even told me I could get the sunglass darkening and no additional charge which was a good surprise. My whole time took less than an hour and I'm very happy with them and I will be back in the future. The prices of the frames are clearly marked on the Shelf which is really helpful so I didn't have to ask and I knew exactly where to look for my budget.
