Tanya is by far the best mortgage expert with whom I have ever worked. From the very beginning, she was clear and precise as well as strategic in her thinking around how to navigate the process for maximum outcome. She went beyond the scope of her role, even hopping on a call with my existing mortgage provider (for a loan she didnt originate!) to help me get some questions answered. She has a killer team and was always available to help work through difficulties. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Tanya guided us through the process of getting a mortgage for our first home purchase and we couldn't have picked a better broker. She worked seamlessly with both our financial advisor and real estate agent (she actually recommended our real estate agent to us) and made the process both easy and stress free. She explained everything along the way in plain speak, kept us on track with all the documents and deadlines, and ultimately helped us purchase an incredible "forever" home in our very first purchase at exactly the right monthly mortgage!!!
