Just had the chance to close another deal with Denise and her team- this time as the agent representing the Seller. When we received an offer with Denise's preapproval letter attached, I knew we could count on a strong buyer, great process, and transparent communication throughout. As usual, we closed on time; however, on this particular transaction several things came up in inspection that Denise's transparent communication ahead of time allowed us to deal with prior to appraisal, setting us up for that on time closing and making sure that clients didn't have to spend extra money on repeat appraisal trips or worry about rate lock expirations. Five stars recommend this team as a real estate agent.

Denise answered all of our questions as first time home buyers. Ultimately ended up going with her because of her responsiveness and ability to help move things along. She was very supportive and made sure we had everything in place so closing wasn't delayed at all. Would definitely recommend!
