Finance of America, hmmm! There are so many positive feedback I would love to rave about our experience, but not enough allowed character in the review. David Kimmer and his staff have been stellar to say the least. Mere words are not enough to describe our experience.  I spear headed the process in getting my sister-in-laws home financed. Believe me when I say that, I have never experienced such scrutiny. The guideline set forth by the FHA was so stringent I wondered if anyone received any financing through the FHA program. Albeit, my sister-in-laws situation may have warranted such requirements, but it was really tough. The entire process, David and his staff remained calm and collected, explained to me exactly what was needed. In some cases, Finance of America went above and beyond their calling to get the transaction completed. I was amazed at the level of commitment and service they provided. Without a doubt, FoA have earned my future business and the business of my family. If you're in the market for a home and need financing, leave it to the professionals at Finance of America.
