I was a single woman buying a home when I was first introduced to Michael Leland and his staff several years ago. They have helped me buy and refinance two other homes since that time and have been friendly, professional, and always easy to reach by phone or email. In addition, Michael has connected me with information and resources that have been extremely helpful. This included him hiring someone to install tie-downs under a manufactured home I had on the Oregon coast when there was no one local to provide that service. We have worked with Michael twice so far and its always been a great experience for us. He explains what our options are and what we need to do, and helps answers questions pretty quickly. He explains the options that would be best for us, but also listens to what we want to do and doesnt pressure us. Happy to work with him again in the future.
