Kim was absolutely wonderful to work with! She was always available to answer our questions and was extremely helpful to us as first-time home-buyers. She is very knowledgeable about the Portland metro-area and was very willing to work with us to find the right fit. She communicated very clearly every step of the way, and worked tirelessly with us and the seller to get us to closing despite a major snow storm knocking out power multiple times!
