As first time home buyers, we went into house hunting without a clear direction on how the process worked or exactly what we wanted. Niki was always patient and helpful, answering all of our questions and educating us on things to look for when buying that we wouldnt have thought of. The Portland market can be a bit brutal for first time buyers, but Niki helped us navigate the market and stay positive throughout the process. Niki actually made the house hunt funwe were able to laugh throughout the stress and she was always ready to see whichever crazy home we sent her way. We ended up finding our perfect fixer upper and are so excited to make it home. Thank you, Niki, for all of the guidance, education and fun over the past few months! There are so many decisions to be made when buying and selling a home, but choosing to work with Niki was the best decision I could have ever made throughout the whole process. Her experience and knowledge in her field is what helped me get the house of my dreams. During our home search, she listened and paid attention to the needs of our family to the point where we felt like we were on the same page at every home tour. She was very tuned-in and remembered every detail of our "must haves" and "dealbreakers", which took out the confusion and stress and helped make it all a fun experience. She was very easy to coordinate with and provided lots of honest, informative feedback when we asked for it. When it was time to sell our home, her hard work paid off. We sold our house in record time and well over asking price. She is such a professional and genuine person, and I believe that having her at the open house is what helped us get all the offers that we did. I highly recommend Niki and am so thankful that she was a part of it all.

Niki you were absolutely amazing to work with through our entire buying process! The market was not the most favorable while we were looking for our home, but you always made the best of looking and searching for homes. She always was there to provide ideas and support when my wife and I had questions, as well as extremely responsive when our offer was accepted and the next steps were taken. Now that we finally have our home, I can safely say that Niki really was on our side through this entire process. Thank you so much!

Niki is simply put - incredible. She helped us with our relocation from the east coast to the west coast and she couldn't have been more knowledge, kind, PATIENT. We had so many questions and needs and she was amazing about addressing and answering each and every one. She took an otherwise complicated and potentially stressful process, and made it super easy and even fun. I would work with Niki again anytime and sort of can't wait to sell or buy another house just to work with her.
