Stuart Stevens was a delight to work with. It was by chance we met but I knew from early on that he was the one to choose. As an out of the state seller, I needed someone who I can completely depend on and trust, someone who would be willing to go extra miles if needed. He was always on top of every step so I never had to worry too much. Stuart is professional, prompt, responsive, communicative, knowledgeable - everything you will ever want from an agent. My condo sold quickly and I couldnt be any more happier with the whole experience.

Stuart made the process of buying our first home go smoothly. He's insightful about the Portland downtown condo market, knowing details about buildings other realtors might not. He helped us define what we wanted in a home, and picked out many appropriate viewing choices based on our guidelines. He was always available and responsive, and never pushy: he basically let us direct as much as we wanted. We're very pleased to have worked with Stuart, and love our new home.

Seriously, look no further---We found our ABSOLUTE dream home with Stuart and we couldn't be happier!!! We had such a phenomenal first experience with Stuart that we asked him to find us an investment property, which he did in no time and we couldn't be more thrilled! My son and I worked with Stuart a number of years ago to purchase a condo. This year I went back to Stuart to make my own condo purchase. I never considered anyone else. The traits that will always bring me back to Stuart are his reliability, consistency, dependability and his thoroughness. Stuart also brings a very calm demeanor to what may be a high emotion/high stress process -- whether it is high excitement or high anxiety. I had some pretty unique criteria for this purchase and Stuart successfully helped to weed out the listings that wouldn't work so we could focus on the possibilities that would be successful for me.
