I had the please of working with Promise. She was very kind and got things done in a timely manner. Ive had my blood drawn many times and this one didnt hurt. She was very personable and made me feel at ease during such a nerve racking time. I would go back to Promise individually if I could. She deserves a raise. Its employees like this that keep the business running and deserve recognition.

I give a one star because there is no lower. Avoid this location. I checked in early for my apt using their kiosk. They never came out after 30 minutes passed I tried to call them but they would not answer. They did not have the curtesy to let me know they were not going to keep their appointment with me.

I am a little frustrated. I came in for a walk in lab as they state they offer walk ins. The phlebotomist was clearly annoyed I was a walk in and made me wait 10 minutes while he saw if his late appointment was going to show up instead of drawing me while he was waiting. She did show up 10 minutes late so I now have to wait even longer while she is drawn. I work in healthcare and have no problem waiting my turn but its frustrating when youre made to feel like a burden and the person who should be acting professionally is acting very unprofessionally. No one wants to go somewhere where they are clearly not wanted.

I went here to get time sensitive labs done, but the employee had no record of my labs being sent over. He also only had 1 computer, but when he went to search for my lab order he pulled out a stack of papers to manually go through instead of using his computer like at other Quest locations where everything is electronic. After 10 minutes of looking, he couldn't find my labs, and had to call my doctor. Who definitely had sent in my labs 2 weeks prior. He tried to consul me by saying " this happens all the time." Ummm if this happens all the time that's horrible and you need a new system because obviously it's you and not the doctors sending in the lab orders. Now I have to wait another month for my time sensitive labs and wasted so much time. Never going into a Quest inside a grocery store again unless they upgrade their technology and switch to an electronic interface.
