        A 1 hour wait for a less than 5 minute lab draw. Not enough chairs for people to sit. They don't call out names loud enough to hear if it's your turn.

        Unbelievably long wait. Waited in a line of about 60 people for over 2 hours to get lab work done. When called back they said sorry for the long delay, but we were in a meeting. They could have held that before everyone got there or after hrs. Went in and out several times both arms which still hurt. Was in absolute tears. Won't ever go to their lab again. Won't recommend their lab to anyone.
