My blood draws have been fast and the staff is friendly, but they should put on their website that the last blood draw is at 4.45 pm for the Beaverton location! The lab hours until 5.30 pm are misleading.

I went there for blood without an appointment and the whole took like 5 min. Very quick and smooth service!

Very disorganized. They send a bill that I didn't know I had to a collection agency! They haven't tried to contact me at all! no mail, no phone calls, no email! nothing! is that even legal?! I hope they fix the mistake soon and clean-up their act. ugh! If at all costs have your medical provider use another laboratory rather than this one. It seems they do not want to send the bill to the patient but rather just go straight to a collection agency. I NEVER received a bill from them, but a few months later I get a call from the collection agency. I believe their billing policy is not mail a bill out to you but waiting just a few months and send the bill to a collection agency to get their money. Very poor business practices!!!
