Kenji, Chris and Jessica are top shelf! They were professional, honest and compassionate toward my situation and kept me apprised throughout the entire experience. They were prompt in responding to questions and were realistic when it came to setting proper expectations. Real cases are nothing like what is presented in mainstream TV shows, not that I ever had that perception. For me it was really important from day one my team new my mind, what was in my heart and how I felt about the situation that prompted me to call them. It was equally important that they believed in me, that my case was legitimate. So often there is shame and doubt associated in cases and I certainly carried a couple bucket fulls of it. Never once did they disappoint nor did I ever doubt they were the people I needed. I never felt judged or questioned their integrity. Each one of these individuals have strengths that compliments one another to create an amazing team! Jessica is one of the hardest working, big hearted assistants I have ever met! She and I spent a lot of time going over so much information! She went above and beyond what was required. Kenji and Chris know their stuff and were very down to earth. They did not talk over me or skip over things. They kept me in the loop every step of the way. They did everything I asked them to do and made suggestions and kept me grounded when I was coming from a place of emotion. If you find yourself in a situation that is of their expertise, there is no one else I would recommend. Kenji Kozuma of KB Law LLC was highly recommended by our own attorney for the vast expertise of KB Law LLC in Construction litigation. We contracted to install a solar panel system in August of 2022. The energy benefits of the solar system worked incredibly well, but the installation of the brackets was substandard and we experienced leaks from November 4, 2022 until KB Law secured an agreement with the solar company to replace the roof under the solar system and reinstall the panels in April of 2023.. The solar company would not discuss any redress besides temporary rubber cement patching that continued to fail until Kenji agreed to represent our interests. He received our documentation, listened to our priorities, connected us to an expert consultant who documented every stage of repair who was eminently qualified to testify on our behalf, advised us with truth and integrity to expect several different scenarios, and then followed through with updates through several months of challenging communications with the company to secure an acceptable and fair arrangement without having to go to court.
