I reached out to Joe last year to write up some "buy-out" contracts and to help manage the process. The contracts were written up almost immediately and within a few weeks both of my past partners were bought out. He's great to work with, seams very knowledgeable about business and all of its legalities and responds very quickly to emails, calls and texts.
