        Absolute nightmare!! No staff, received WRONG room code after paying bookin in full, could not get into my room. Spent 3 hours in cold rain. No lobby. No staff, no response, no one came to unlock box for room key. Had to find alternate reservation. Warning others to stay away. This ought to be outlawed.
