Sheraton Portland Airport Hotel

Sheraton Portland Airport Hotel in Portland Oregon . When I entered my room 438 and went in to the bathroom area I saw little bugs jumping around. I thought it was only 2 but when I moved the shower curtain more came out. I decided to leave but before I did I happen to look at the walls and in the room and they were everywhere. I took a photo, zoomed in and I noticed they also had fleas. I freaked out and hurried to leave that room. I went to the front desk and told them what was going on in that bedroom. She switched my room to 319 and when I got there, I started to check the room. I didn't see anything at this point I was exhausted, just about to close my bathroom door to take a shower I noticed a large brown thing at the wall by the closet. As I got closer it was massive moth. I decided okay. I'm just going to get rid of it and move on. I didn't see anything else until the morning. When I saw more little bugs flying around? I hurried and got out of that room. Early in the morning I waited for my cowokers downstairs. I told them what happened. My colleague told me that she had mosquitoes and bugs in her room as well. At that point I did ask her to go to the front desk and let them know so they could exterminate that room as well. So now there are 3 rooms that are infested with bugs. I hope this hotel exterminate their rooms.

We stay frequently and it's always a great experience. Super courteous staff, nice rooms, good concierge services, free airport shuttle and a decent quick restaurant.

A very nice place, very comfortable in the hotel, it's a shame about the type of manager the banquet workers have, the banquet workers have a good job, but their type of racist manager, I don't know why he allows people like that in that place because of people like him, the working people leave from working in that place They should stop the manager of such a terrible gym manager, supposedly manager, I think that a person like him should not have that position that he has, he does not know how to send people to the workers, apart from the fact that he insults his workers I hope they do something about it so that this guy doesn't continue being smart with people who work in banquets

Very nice clean rooms. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The bar tender, Rocky Brown, was literally one of the nicest people Ive ever met. I will come back here next time in Portland just to talk to him.

Solid establishment, great beds, tons of water pressure & closest to the airport. Good restaurant and bar also.
