        Single rudest staff I have ever had the misfortune to interact with, the woman working here even approached me like she was going to put her hands on me. Go anywhere else. They have since replied, and lied about my visit to save face, seriously find another company to do business with, they have poor customer service and now I can show they fabricate information to look better than they are.

        Todd and his staff have always been so helpful. I have sent more people to them over the years than I can count and have never had a bad response. If you have hearing aids please do your self a favor and go to Accurate Hearing Centers.

        Todd is incredibly informative and willing to spend the time it takes for an inquisitive person who is new to the hearing aid world. He is up to date with new research on the need to restimulate the auditory nerve/brain with brain exercises along with hearing aids. I'm 75. He's awesome and I don't use that word all that often. Hearing aids these days are computers and you are paying for someone who knows how to use their capabilities or you're wasting your money.

      This person was never a patient of ours — she was in the building for drug testing at the LabCorp clinic located across the hall. LabCorp was closed for lunch when this woman arrived, so she came into our practice and demanded to wait in our reception until LabCorp opened back up. We declined due to limited space, and pointed out the chairs and benches provided in the building lobby where she could wait.
