I took a bass amp that hadn't worked in 20 years to Steve - in fact, the company that built it has been out of business for years. I received a call two hours later informing me that everything was fixed and working perfectly. I've been a professional player for 60+ years and had my share of 'technical opportunities '. But never have I had such a positive experience as I did with NW Repair Service. I recommend without reservation.

First time had some complications after joystick replacement on my Oculus quest 2 controllers, so I texted Steve and he welcomed me back with open arms and took a look again free of charge and fixed the communication issue simply by screwing in a bolt that I would never see. If you need electronic repair go, here as steve knows what he's doing and it's cheaper than paying some other business.

Great service! The owner was up front on pricing, very fair, knowledgeable and seems to enjoy what he is doing. Would recommend for someone needing a board/component level repair on something.

NW Repair Services did an outstanding job repairing two amplifiers and a guitar for me. Steve has a passion for what he fixes and it shows. Very reasonable prices, he goes above and beyond and has fantastic service. Very happy.
