I like the service and customer support, what I don't like the waiting it took 9 hours to install a car radio.

I love Car Toys! But man, Im disappointed. I paid for an exterior, interior, and shampoo of seats and carpet paid around $400 to find all of this. Not to mention that it took them from 9am to 7:30pm and it looks mediocre.

Last year I upgraded the stereo system in my car as well as put in an alarm with backup camera. The alarm kept going off and could not turn it off. The backup camera then started going out. Took the vehicle back in and explained it to them. Was told everything was fixed. Learned they never fixed fhe backup camera and left my daughter stranded as the alarm went off and couldn't turn it off. Took it back and again explained what was going on. The front sales manager is incredible, very good customer service, need to wonder why the tech department is lacking. They ended up replacing alarm, and again failed to fix backup camera. Alarm went off again and could not turn it off, then looking under the dash, the alarm and antenna were on floorboard....took the vehicle back and explained both situations..next day picked up the car, so far the alarm is working but guess what....backup camera still does not work...the inconvenience I have been going thru, time loss as having to keep dropping my car off, so will try again, one would think qualtiy control would be a priority. Compensation would be nice, as now Im taking my truck elsewhere to get lighting done
