        Staff was rude and unwilling to assist me with my phone problems. They messed around with my phone and then disconnected my phone from my watch. They also did not fix the issue with my voicemail. It has taken me three days and two trips to another T-Mobile store and a call to tech support to get it fixed.

        Kaleb & Tremaine were awesome in helping us transfer our service from Xfinity to T-Mobil. They were very calm with dealing with Xfinity phone customer service. The phone customer service was rude and kept saying our Xfinity service was canceled and they wouldnt help with the transfer our account. It took over 2 hours on the phone to finally get the account transferred. We appreciated Kaleb and Tremaine determination in getting our accounts switched.

        Christina is an Angel sent from the 5G gods! I walked in and asked to make my plan cheaper. She was ON IT! 30 minutes later I walk out with my plan cut in half and a smile on my face. Highly recommend.
