        We had the best experience renting a car for the weekend from Enterprise Rent-A-Car at the Stark Street location! Vika Makihele was a stellar professional from beginning to end! Vika helped the rental process go so smooth and fast on the day we picked up the car, and Vika was equally efficient and super kind and helpful the day we brought the car back! Vika is a rockstar and deserves recognition for their EXCELLENT service! We will DEFINITELY rent a car from Enterprise Rent-A-Car at the Stark Street location again in the future thanks to Vika's amazing service! Thank you, Vika, and thank you, Enterprise Rent-A-Car on Stark Street! :)

        I usually do not have a problem renting from Enterprise Rent-A-Car. I have never had a problem with them before; however, last night I called the office from which I rented from and asked to remove the collision protection service as I had gained comfort with the use of my rental car. I did not believe I needed the service any longer, especially when my vehicle repairs will be completed in just a few days. As a customer of any service, if I don't need a particular product, why keep on paying for it? Makes sense, right? Well, turns out Enterprise Rent-A-Car has a policy where if I cancel the collision protection I need to take time out of my day to go back in the office and have the car reassessed to cancel the service. Enterprise representatives failed to share that information with me when I initially signed up with the collision protection service. Today I'm working. Yesterday, I had the opportunity to go into the office and take care of the problem. Unfortunately, because I was unaware of the policy, I am not available to take the car in to be reassessed. So, this is disappointing. The corporate office of Enterprise needs to retrain this office on the collision protection product. They failed to tell me information I needed to know, and that's unfortunate.
