Shout out to Alicia and the team at Enterprise for helping me out with a car repair rental! Overall it was a great experience minus the 45-min wait to get a ride back to the body-shop after returning my rental. 5/5 interaction with the staff, 4/5 on the overall experience

Fast and very friendly service. Very clean and organized. Always very helpful, and they actually were able to reduce the car class I had down to the economy rate cause they didn't have an economy car for me to switch the car I had out to, so that was really great.

Not happy at all with the service here. Everything seemed fine when I picked up my rental to drive back to Texas from Oregon. What bothered me was when I get a change oil notice because it's at 5%. Then I look at the change oil sticker and it says service completed on 1-24-2023. Needs service on 6-24-2023 or 13551 miles. Um it's April of 2024, and when I picked up the car it was already at 16700 miles and 18500 when I finally noticed all this when I'm in the middle of nowhere in New Mexico. I'm just very disappointed because they knew I was driving the vehicle 2000 miles away to Texas, and they let me leave with a vehicle that hasn't has an oil change in almost 15 months. Or required service over 9 months ago. That really upset me. What happened if the car broke down while I'm in the middle of nowhere? I guess they don't care about their customers safety at all. Just ridiculous customers service, very disappointed in my experience at this location.
