Had bad experience with the Enterprise this time. Enterprise in Medford or Ashland could not pull up the reservation that my boss made thru Expedia. Although I had itinerary & conformation numbers. Their personnel was not professional, didnt not pay attention when taking the information then putting me on hold without saying anything, switching phone back & forth between one another. Chris was last guy I spoke with. He had to make a separate Reservation is what he told me. Then took down address I was located at.Told me it would be 20min for driver to come out. After waiting for 30 minutes I called the office and right away got a call from Chris saying he was the driver, that he is on the way and that who ever took down the information did not pay attention so he needed my address again. When he picked us up he had bad attitude. Despite on all of the issues we were having I was trying to be nice & start a conversation but was shut down with short responses. When we got to the Enterprise i asked if we could get an upgrade since there were all the issues in the process, he threw a fit & said that we didnt have a Reservation. When I showed him the Reservation on my phone and he said it was the other location but I spoke with both locations. Gave us a car that was not detailed had dirt inside of all the interior. When we pointed out the stains, dirt on the seats & the carpet. He got confrontational & said he was giving us break by not charging us a young driver fee since one of us was 22 years old. Very unprofessional. Horrible experience. Will avoid Enterprise at these locations.
