Always so busy but still great customer service. So nicely and friendly. Either they need more workers or the works need a raise. Great place!

OMG! WTH happened to this place? It was busy and so disorganized. I've never had to wait this long... ever for something like this 45mins seems a little much when u had an appt! You all either need to hire some more people or a customer service specialist to hold down the lobby. Wow

I made an online reservation for a mid-sized SUV for a week. The next day (scheduled pickup day) I got an email stating my reservation had changed, and now it was for a compact car to be picked up three days later. Could not reach a human on the phone to help me resolve this. Canceled reservation and took my business elsewhere.

Im no longer n that area. I was for a yr or two working out of a Trucking company n the area. Would rent a car at the front st location both car and van. Mayb 5 or 6 times to do my hometime n the Seattle area. I never had anytype of problem here. If i did it was quickly resolved by management or the front desk. Im back now close to the Auburn Wa location or river road location where i would rent need be office on auburn wy north. Never had a prob with that office either on many occasions . So been renting with enterprise now say...... 10 to 15 yrs and could honestly say. They have won me over as far as a car rental agency and no need to look anywhere else.
