      image Great customer service and friendly staff. I had to close out an account for a deceased customer/relative and this local branch and Juan in particular were very helpful. The process was also done quickly, especially considering holiday closures.
      BMO purchased Bank of the West after most of the poor reviews were posted. I don't know if the acquisition made a difference.

      Their services are set up to extract hidden fees out of you.
      Owned by one of the biggest players that caused the 2008 collapse. (watch Madoff on Netflix to start to see the picture)
      Don't accept their CC offers. They will fleece you with hidden fees.
      Don't trust them with your hard-earned money. Find a credit union.
