Dryer Vent Wizard of West Portland

Our dryer was taking multiple cycles to dry clothing, bedsheets, etc., and we also wanted to get our dryer ventilation system checked for fire hazards as the temperatures rise this summer. We made an appointment with Dryer Vent Wizard for 12 days later, but they had plenty of availability before then too, just worked best for us schedule-wise. David showed up right during the scheduled window, and he was professional and friendly and explained things clearly to me before quoting a price. Then it took him about an hour to do the work, and once he was done we had a new above-ground duct, a new vent to the backyard air that doesn't take up much space, and a clean lint trap. Plus the warranty is for a year. Fully recommend Dryer Vent Wizard!! Thanks to David and the crew for being so quick to respond and address the issue. I booked an appointment online and David had arrived to take a look at my dryer. Its a newer Samsung model but it was taking multiple attempts to dry and I thought the vents may need a cleaning. David arrived within the time slot and did a quick review of the set up. Confirmed the air was good within the dryer and checked the vents to see if they needed a cleaning. He gave me great advice on what to look out for, suggesting it may be the sensor in my dryer thats having issues. I really appreciated his honesty about what could be done with my system and what I should look out for in the event I do need a cleaning! Service: HVAC duct & vent cleaning
