Great communication throughout the process of getting a quote, scheduling an appointment, and getting our rug and couch cleaned! Russ was super knowledgeable, and saved us time and money by recommending we not get our dining room chairs cleaned (and then helpfully providing recommendations for businesses to reupholster them). The Alameda team is outstanding! I've used Alameda several times in the past and have always been very happy with the service. Over time Ive had them do a whole cartload of services - from duct cleaning to carpet/ upholstery cleaning and area rug cleaning. All looks great. The teams are always so professional and personable. Theyve run into a few obstacles (I have a very old house), but have always handled each with a smile. The work is done efficiently. I really appreciated the recommendations the team made as to more economical ways to handle my requests as well. Will definitely be back.
