Mike was great! He was personable, funny and accommodating with getting me scheduled quickly and to my time constraints. When Christian arrived for the cleaning he was efficient, respectful, and informed me of the pricing and costs before he started the work. I was able to work from home while he cleaned the carpet and he did an awesome job. The carpets look great, they dried timely, and he also cleaned a chair and a portion of my couch. I've used Absolute Carpet Cleaning for the last 15 years, and my dad used them back to at least the 1980s! I'm a dog owner and half my house has wall to wall carpet, so regular stream cleaning is important, and they do an -excellent- job for a much better price than some of the big outfits. They're also very easy to schedule with and always on time and always friendly. I can't recommend them highly enough. I am so impressed with the amazing work Absolute Carpet cleaning did on my move out. I was told by another company that it wasnt even worth trying to clean them, and Absolute came in and made my carpets look amazing (they even got out some dark make up stains!) And for less than I was quoted by the other company. I will never use another carpet cleaning company again.
