Worst medical practice I have ever know. They dont care about their patients, about doing good, or about correcting their error. All they care about is ???? I dont even know. I can guess, money? Fame? I have no clue. I can tell you it is not about patients. Not being a doctor. Please do yourself a favor and go see an actual caring provider. Not these crack jobs. They will leave you broken and worse off then when you came. And further more, threaten you with lawyers when you ask for help. Shameful. Especially Heather Holdermann. The so called doctor.

Best podiatrist in Medford, as far as I'm concerned. They've been helpful, respectful, and expedient. Only issue I would say is that the wait time can be a bit long when you're in the room, but that's not enough to drop the rating, especially since they work quick and effectively when they get into the room with you.

Dr. Goforth is amazing. The staff are friendly and attentive. This is the best Podiatrist I have gone to and I started going to Podiatrist when I was 18 and seen several. They go above and beyond to help their patients.

Absolutely horrible, and I haven't even been seen yet. Worst receptionist ever, seriously she was insolent. She said her name was Debbie Cauley and, in my opinion, she should not be working with the public. In November of 2022 they scheduled my for an appointment over 6 months out, in March of 2023. They promised to send a text reminder and did not, and I missed the appointment. They claim my phone was 'disconnected' which is ridiculous as I had zero phone interruptions/disruptions. I don't think they even attempted to contact me, basically I believe they are lying. Now, they scheduled me for late February of 2024 (9 months and 21 days out). I am in pain and this is the best they can do? They have an obvious disregard for a patient's urgent need to be seen, and their receptionist was rude, uncaring and accusatory. Yes, I take accountability for not writing down my appointment on a calendar, although I didn't have one for 2023 at the time, and I certainly don't have one for 2024 now. I'm currently exploring other providers. If their doctors are anything like their receptionist, this is not a place you want to go.
