I had an absolutely awful experience with Heather Holdermann. It was my first time seeing her and she was extremely rude she immediately said that all of my issues with my ankle were my own fault even though I had stress fractures and a broken tibia and was suffering tremendously with pain. I fell down after surgery from having a seizure and she looked me dead in the eye and said you do not have epilepsy. Which I do, I've been diagnosed by multiple EEGs. I was astounded by her lack of bedside manner. She was literally assaulting with her words and insinuated that my seizures were made up even though obviously she's a podiatrist and she knows nothing of neurology. I was despondent to say the least.

I have been going to Dr. Heather Holderman for fifteen years as I have problems with my feet. Dr. Heather is friendly, caring and knowledgeable. Surgeries done by Dr. Heather on my feet have been successful in alleviating pain. I appreciate all the years of caring enabling me to walk comfortably. Thanks Dr. Heather.

Dr. James Holderman was amazing! He did surgery on my foot that orthopedic doctors would not touch! Wa la it was a success!

Please do not even step foot in the door of this office or let a loved one. I wish that my Mom never did. After a rush decision for surgery, she used a device that the manufacturer says to test for reaction first. She didnt care enough to even ask. 9 mo of trying to get help, she couldnt even take the time to see her and look at the surgical site. Two different time in the office for an appointment and she never bothered to show her face after 45 minutes of waiting in the room. She new that my mom was in debilitating pain from her surgery. She had been told by multiple doctors that something was wrong. She still did not care enough to actually see her. Then she had the nerve to, after requesting the records, send the records to her lawyer (which is a violation of HIPAA, he is not a business associate, no pending case) and have her lawyer send the records and a letter saying to no contact her and contact him. She is still the provider on record, she never formally dismissed my Mom, and we still cant get any help from her or her office. 9 mo of debilitating pain from her botched operation of playing doctor. She has no business with a scalpel and should not ever be in an OR. If you value walking do not go see her. She does not care about her patients or how they do after surgery. If she would have taken just a couple of minutes to ask what the manufacture recommends on the package insert, do you have skin sensitivity to metals, my mom would be able to walk and live a normal life. But she could not even bother to take the time to care. Maybe she was to busy planning her next vacation. She took 3 in the time my mom was seeing her. Must be nice. If there was a negative star I would use it.
