Review update ...... I have been a no hassle customer for a few years I come in & spend anywhere from $100-300 every time I go there ,when their is other customers & they are busy I let them go first. The employees know me for being a big spender there & often they treat me a such,people around me say they hustle me but I understand they work for commission so I've always let it go . Three weeks ago I went in for products and spent over a 150$ the sales lady kept trying to push me into pre sailing things and come back in for the products that were on the shelf ? She told me I'd save money I insisted I didn't care yet was pushed into this promotion . Then I was told I wouldn't know how much I would save till after I was rang up ,then only to save ten bucks! So over a hundred dollars of mine was tied up in this "investment " well if you look at loan rates they are 9.95% so in theory I didn't save anything this wasn't a special deal, I was used to better help the sales women daily sales or what Mac was pushing. Ten dollars does not justify me coming back to the store it's cost more in gas not to mention my time I feel insulted and used. I'm not sure I will return as long as that lady works there I still love john ,Maria& their manager so the three stars are for them . I guess from now on I will call to see if she is there but the idea of having to deal with the automated phone service is even more frustrating it takes over a min of following directions to get patched through so I think I will just be taking my business on line. Thanks for making me feel like a sucker . You should re read the story of the golden goose! Oh my goddesss this Mac store is awesome , I love love love all the crew here . They are beyond helpful if your amateur or expert they got you covered! (Get it lol) I travel a lot and have seen many Mac stores and this crew really is wonderful, I never feel condescended ,they are so willing to help create your dream or help you find the product you want . The artistry is amazing best place locally to get your makeup done for an event. completely knowledgeable ,willing to help and they even will share their tricks . Even tho the store is small they pack it very well with the products I need as a makeup artist . The quality of the products are fantastic , I personally am a makeup artist to showgirls and performers and I never have problems with these products sticking and lasting . I see many Mac across the west coast and this is my favorite cause of the staff , they all rock, even my wife who hates corporate companies and mostly of the mall she too really enjoys the staff. I give you my official approval of this store :)

So disappointed! Have been a loyal Mac customer for YEARS...poor coordination and perhaps lack of supervision (??) means I will only purchase other products and will no longer be a patron of the Medford, OR location. To quote a a famous Pretty Woman, big mistake.

This counter is amazing! I had the pleasure of working with Josh this time around and he was so talented and HILARIOUS!! I felt so comfortable the entire time and loved the outcome of my makeup look for my maternity pictures. It's great to find someone with talent but even better when they treat you like Josh does and make you feel beautiful the entire time, I highly recommend him! Thank you Josh!

I had the best experience! I stopped by the Mac counter for makeup for my wedding day. I had a few pics in hand of the look I was going for. Josh jumped right in, looked over my pics, sat me down, and went to work. I was blown away by the look he came up with! It was exactly what I had in my head and every product he used enhanced my natural look without looking over done. He took the time to explain all the products he was using and how they should be applied. He spent about 1-2 hours total making sure I loved the look and knew how the products should be used, he even included my mom and asked her advice on styles and colors. At the end, he broke all the products down into which ones were "must haves" and which I could do without. He did such an amazing job, my only concern is I won't be able to recreate it! I need to pick this guy up and bring him to my wedding! Definitely look Josh up if you are stopping by.
