They have some nice things but I hate how pushy they are with trying to get customers to set up an Ulta account. Its uncomfortable and its the main reason why I dont shop here more often. I dont want to give you my personal information, just let me buy my face wash and get out!

Great products awful customer service , had a curbside pickup was unable to get the link to pick up outside so had to go in,was parked in the curbside pick up space as I was told and was greeted by a worker at the door (she rushed to the door as if she was going to have me turn around and move my car if I hadnt had a pick up)..asking if I was picking up I said yes then she backed off.I picked up my order walked over to a product to look at it really quick and immediately same girl walked up to me and I was told I needed to leave and park my car somewhere else because they have another curbside order at some point.. I wasnt even in there for 1 minute.. I spend a good amount of money there and it is not my fault their curbside pickup links dont work , I shouldnt have had to get out in the first place but I wasnt going to get upset about it.However it felt very disrespectful to be ushered out like that for. Parking space when there were three open next to mine .
