Got a guitar a few years ago from here along with and apm I came back not too long ago to sell it to them and they said that they can't buy it from me because there's no serial number.when they sold it like that to me. Look out whenever you buy equipment here make sure it's all legit and real because they're okay selling it if it's not even though that today they say they don't sell anything that doesn't have a serial number double check. That's my advice also I would sell your equipment else where they said all my equipment was only worth $15 I just went to a random pawn shop near by they gave me $180 for the same equipment.

Mixed experience overall. I bought a guitar, an amp in this store as well as accessories over time. Sometimes I received reasonable advice and service, sometimes ignorance, but never a full attention. On the plus side they matched online price for the amp - thats good. Another plus is that they have a lot of things in stock! The biggest negative is that they didnt setup my new guitar, although other online and local shops do it as a part of shopping experience. Bottom line: good selection, many things are in stock, but service could be way better.

Asked to have a situation taken care of via phone . Never did. Also the so called Gibson Speacialist would not talk to me very y rude...Guitar Centers are getting terrible attitudes and don't Carr about customers period
