Very polite service, easy transaction. Explained everything in details. Several choices, clean and smoke free cars. Gave me a free ride to the airport.

I feel like the car rental agencies in the city have a pretty rough, most people dont realize how large of a land area this airport serves, we were talking probably thousands of square miles, this is one of the most sparsely populated large land areas in the United States and Medford serves almost all of Northern California and southern Oregon, as such there are so many people that do remote work and important work that require car rentals, the agency should be about three times their size, for some reason they have not increased, probably for financial reasons, Im not exactly sure. I did have a positive experience both times, I know its hit or miss but at least this point they did a great job
