        i've lived in a maple valley mcminnville and it is a best kept secret. it checks all the boxes of what i wanted..secure, elevator, big bedroom , big bathroom and a large kitchen. it's got it all! plus the staff is great. very responsive and works with the residents to make all comfortable. the maintenance man is the best. things get done in short time. it's a 55+ senior living with a limited amount of apartments , they welcome pets and the rent is reasonable . i found my forever home...

        My mom was a resident for almost 2yrs and husband allowed them to hold a photo album and assured him that there activity director took possion of it and guaranteed Bob he'd get it back, been almost 2 month's and they still refuse to do anything, they've been married 65yrs now the memories are lost
