I am very disappointed in how the management treated me after my wife died in their facility. They charged me for 14 days of care and rent after she passed. They also ordered 3 months of insulin, then changed how they administered the insulin, then ordered 3 more months of the new insulin and did not return the first order to the pharmacy for a refund. When ask about it, they told me tough luck. Do not expect them to give your loved one the best of care. When my wife contracted covid, they called in hospice and did not make any attempt to get my wife to eat. She basically starved to death. Then they had the gall to send me a bill for one day of rent, 8 months after my wife passed.

Pacifica cares and listens about the residents and staff. I am so impressed with the response about concerns in the building. They have a fantastic team caring for the residents.

I wish I could put zero stars. The executive director in this so called establishment is an embarrassment to the company & its image. She justifies neglecting the residents by saying she’s the ED and can do what she wants. it brings me great sadness for residents, families, and especially staff. This woman is never there, doesn’t know who her staff are when they’ve been there for months, & neglects residents for 8hrs at a time because she thinks rooms are vacant & doesn’t check them. Get it together!

I love my job and always excited to come to work and see everyone. The care and love that caregivers have to the residents is amazing.

Horrible place!! Client's are ignored. Dirty, smells,awful food. Staff and management rude and immature. Would never recommend.
